Honestly no reason to complain. Enjoyable base for 1 night. Great and super location and perfect stuff at the reception desk. For shots visit Bar il Ciliegio, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. A great selection of delicious options for meal.

Clean, comfortable, and modern hotel with a jaw-dropping reception. The spacious junior suite had amazing mountain views and was equipped with everything we needed. The city center location was super convenient for exploring, and the basement car park provided free parking. The hotel had a separate, well-run restaurant for breakfast, although it felt a bit impersonal. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even recommending a fantastic local restaurant for dinner. the hotel offered great value for money in a pleasant mountain city.

The room was huge, like seriously massive. And it was super clean, like spotless! The receptionist was so cool, always smiling and helping us out. Plus, there's a casino where we had a blast! Best vacation ever!
The only thing we'd ask for is a better party scene for young people. Like maybe a nightclub or something.
